How do limit switch boxes work?
Limit switchboxes are mounted to valve actuators to provide a visual and/or electrical indication of valve position. They typically house mechanical or proximity switches, terminals, and a position indicator, allowing integration with plant control systems for monitoring, automation, and safety interlocks.
Advantages of limit switch boxes...
• Combined visual and electrical position feedback
• Protects switches in a sealed housing
• Integrates easily with control systems
• Durable and low‑maintenance design
