How do quick exhaust valves work?
Quick exhaust valves rapidly vent air from a pneumatic actuator directly to the atmosphere rather than back through the control system. This allows the actuator to move faster, improving valve opening or closing speed for critical control and safety applications.
Advantages of quick exhaust valves...
• Significantly faster actuator movement
• Improves process responsiveness
• Simple, compact design
• Low maintenance requirement
